ICC members form the world’s largest business organization working to promote international trade, responsible business conduct and a global approach to regulation to accelerate inclusive and sustainable growth to the benefit of all. ICC is unique among business organizations through its members that are organized through a global network of National committees like yours, ICC Belgium. It is members like your company or organization who shape ICC’s policies and, through their national committees, alert their governments to international business concerns.

If your company or organization is a member, you are invited to participate to ICC Belgium’s General Assembly on Wednesday 23 May 2018, from 16:45 until 18:00. The meeting will take place within the premises of the FEB.

The meeting will be enhanced by a presentation on critical questions about building resilience and adaptability in the face of seemingly unmanageable risks that result from the extraordinary pace and variety of change in the world, and the resulting fractures in global cooperation. The following presentation will focus on the future of compliance and specific risks and challenges organizations face in fighting fraud and corruption in an era of significant technological advance, and a new Belgian initiative for compliance professionals. Finally, Philippe Lambrecht, Secretary General and Member of the Board of the Federation of Enterprises in Belgium, will provide us with the latest update on the Brussels International Business Court (BIBC), and the strategic impact of this innovation for our economy.
